Cancellation policy
As we don’t offer refunds as per above, we strongly recommend holiday insurance, as this is the only way to get your money back.
We find that most of the time, cancellations are due to unforeseen circumstances, even having to isolate due to Covid 19. To be as fair as we can to all of our customers, we’ll stick to the cancellation terms and charges that apply, whatever the circumstances are. So, to avoid any awkward situations, holiday insurance may be the answer.
DAMAGE LODGES, PODS OR HOT TUBS
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the lodges or pods, inside and outside, including the hot tub or decking included property or structure.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
